In search of enjoyable activities in Interlaken, Switzerland? If you wish to visit the Swiss Alps, you should look at this travel guide.
Drink something at Harder Kulm.

A beautiful location for a view-based pick-me-up is Harder Kulm.
He might appreciate the Eiger and Mönch or gaze down on Lake Brienz and Lake Thun with their majestic mountainscapes from the 1,322-meter-high viewing deck. A castle surrounded by breathtaking landscapes is the Harder Kulm Panorama Restaurant.
Which is bluer, Thun Lake on the right or Brienz Lake on the left? There’s just one way to know.
From central Interlaken, the Harder Railway is a short 10-minute hard ride (at a 64% gradient!). You’ll think you’ve teleported onto the Swiss Alps if you blink.
Try riding an e-bike.

Our lively guide and Flying Wheels’ owner, Frank, is a German import with a lot of energy who can inspire even the most indolent riders with its user-friendly electric motorcycles.
In contrast to the edges of North America, Interlaken’s backyard is devoid of shopping malls and enormous warehouses—quite the reverse, in fact. Old-fashioned wooden chalets and dairy farms can be found scattered along the picturesque roads that lead to the Swiss Alps in the Bernese outskirts. Visitors are surrounded by nature with a capital N, breathing in the fresh mountain air and listening to cowbells within minutes of taking up their e-bike. An authentic postcard from Switzerland!
The e-bike enables riders, regardless of skill level, to modify the engine speed to suit their capabilities. This implies that you wouldn’t have to perspire at all when riding your bike along these lovely routes!
Take the Mount Schilthorn cable car.

One cannot help but be in awe of the Swiss engineering here. We arrived at the summit of Mount Schilthorn, where a breathtaking circular view of the Alps was fully visible, following an incredibly gorgeous climb on three separate cable cars.
Another 200 mountain peaks are visible from the Piz Gloria terrace. Visitors can see as far as the Black Forest in Germany and the Mont Blanc Massif in France on clear days.
Travelers seeking excitement might wish to schedule a quick stop at Birg Station, where the 200-meter-long, translucent glass Thrill Walk hangs from the sheer rocky cliff. Essentially, a must-do excursion for every mountain lover traveling to Switzerland!
The Lauterbrunnen hike

The comparatively flat trail travels five kilometers across the Swiss forests and massifs, connecting the picturesque village of Mürren to Lauterbrunnen (also known as the “Valley of Thunderous Waterfalls,” a fitting moniker given the hundreds of cascades scattered along the rocky mountainside).
The purest, freshest Alpine air can be found here.
Hikers may view the daffodil-covered glacier valleys, the fabled Jungfrau mountain, and several of Switzerland’s most recognizable summits, such as Mönch, Eiger, and Schwarzmönch, at these altitudes.
Why not make a stop at the Hotel Steinbock on the way back? It looks extremely Swiss, and its lush terrace is a great place to have a glass or two of (Swiss!) wine.
Achieve greater heights

Paragliding and hang-gliding trips are available in the area from a variety of on-site providers.
Leaving Harder Kulm after ascending 1,322 meters above sea level on a funicular (a 64% incline!). After donning the gear, you can plunge into the emptiness across Lake Thune and eventually arrive at the mainland in the heart of Interlaken.
After the flight, passengers will value the easy access to Restaurant Laterne, which serves its renowned cheese and champagne fondue (!) all year long.
